Digital photos for cheap

Speaking of scan qualities, Is there anybody who can tell me about PhotoCD studios anywhere in Mumbai? I am fed up scanning my photos everytime and sacrifice on quality. I cannot afford a high end digital camera, so Photo CDs are the best for me.

try the Prabhat studios at Thane(W), its at Panchpakhadi - opposite Hotel Malvan. Costs about 150 bucks per CD.
