Desktop in your hand

How about this - You are standing in a crammed local in Mumbai and you are operating your home desktop from your CDMA phone. Doesn't that sound romantic? Not at all. It is quite practical and possible. Buy a Kyocera 7135, get a CDMA cell service and download PalmVNC2 directly to your PDA. And you are ready to go!

Well, i really dont fancy having the same bland silver LG phone as a million other people. I think people will start having to write their names on phones when it starts becoming really popular (kinda like what kids do in school with their pens).
Of course Reliance will come up with a few more models in course of time, but it will take its time coming, and even then, the selection will be limited. Seeing the tastelessness of recent Reliance ads, i shudder to think what models they will prefer ... Ok im being too pessimistic, the phones are really feature rich ... though the java interface is too slow for my liking ... there is even a Kill button to kill wayward apps! Ok thats enough rambling for today. btw whats up with the 'free till april 10' offer? Looks like they wont rest until the gsm companies are dead and they have danced on their graves ...
